Another case of getting what we paid for, I can't complain. This hotel was one of the more affordable options on the coast, and for what we were charged, it's pretty decent. The space we booked was lovely. A cozy room that felt more like a B&B, rather than a hotel, removed from the main building, it's a quick 5-minute walk down the road. It was clean, and the staff kept it this way for us. The bed was a little squeaky, but that's hardly a dealbreaker. Each day, we enjoyed our breakfast which was included. It was relatively basic, and the bees buzzing around our food was annoying, but the service was exceptional, and always made it a pleasure. Location-wise, it's not ideal if you don't have your own mode of transportation. There are bus stops conveniently close by, however, the busses are inconveniently unreliable, and taxis are ridiculously expensive. For the views, comfort, and service, it turned out to be a good deal. I can recommend it.

WOW Did we ever get lucky!!! Fabulous hotel for a great price I’m a beautiful location with beautiful views!!! The staff are all incredible. So kind, so friendly and helpful and accommodating! So responsive even in the middle of the night. We had a lot of stairs for our room but staff helped us carry our luggage up to our rooms. If you have mobility issues maybe call ahead and see if they can find you a room without stairs. The free breakfast was the most delicious breakfast I’ve ever had in my life!! We tried everything on the menu and everything just blew us away!! I wish I could take all the food back home!! Amazing place to stay and I’m still dreaming about that breakfast everyday!! I would come back to Italy just to have this breakfast!! 😍😍😍 Thank you Baccofurore and staff for an incredible stay!m and for feeding us so well!! ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing hotel. Room was very clean and was serviced every morning. The view was breathtaking. The staff were also kind enough to give us a free upgrade. We tried nearly every item on the menu and they were all delicious. Although watermelon was not on the menu, the staff did provide that and it was very tasty. All the fruits are very fresh. Location was a bit challenging as the hotel is located in the middle of a mountain. Google Maps was not helpful in getting us to our destination and we had to walk a rough 20 minute patch with all of our luggage through the mountain using very steep stair cases and going through peoples backyards. When going to Amalfi, taxis are very expensive and only the 5080 bus comes to the hotel. The bus can be packed which means you have to wait in the heat until the next bus. Bus drivers don't sell tickets and there is no signal upon exiting the hotel. It would be great if the hotel started selling bus tickets. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Amalfi and Positano.
